The Centre deadline to complete investigations against of All India Services officers 

IPS officers of All India Services, IAS, IFS, IRS and IFS officers tainted now six months to complete the investigation.

Moreover, in addition to investigating officer if deadlines are not met, they would tell the reason.
According to the order of the investigating officer DoPT by more than six months at a time, or may be granted additional time.
Their say on the officer guilty of the charges has been set for the time period of 30 days. It will not be extended.
Personnel Minister Jitendra Singh said that bringing more accountability and governance in a timely manner in order to complete each exercise in the rules has been amended.

Jitendra Singh through the changes is to ensure that the guilty are punished swiftly. This will send a message to all employees that they perform as expected and have to work without any omissions.
