What is the SBI PO Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern 2020?

The selection process for the Bank PO exam consists of 3 stages, which are:

Prelims Exam

Mains Exam (Objective + Descriptive)

GD & Interview

(Note - However, this selection stage differs from bank to bank).

             - There is one-fourth negative marking in both Prelims & Mains for each question wrongly marked!

             - Once you clear the first 2 stages of PO Exam, you will have to face an Interview.

             - Once you clear all these 3 stages, you will be selected as a Bank PO.

C. Interview

In case of SBI, the Interview consists of 50 marks. Group Discussion will be 20 marks and Interview will be 30 marks. The final selection of the candidates is done on the basis of the combined total of both the stages.
